| Tim Kraskey is the Vice
President of Marketing - Core System Division for Ascend
Communications, Inc. He has nearly 15 years
experience of management in networking systems sales and
marketing. He has a history of success in both
established and start-up companies. Some of these
include: ADC Telecommunications, Newbridge Networks and
General DataComm. He was instrumental in helping Newbridge Networks establish both a marketing and sales strategy that propelled them to their current success in both enterprise and carrier markets. He served as the Director of ATM Marketing at General DataComm, where he helped define and focus the sales and marketing strategy to achieve triple digit growth in the first two years. He was a founder of Sahara Networks and it Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Sahara Networks was acquired by Cascade Communications. Cascade was in turn acquired by Ascend Communications where he currently serves as a Vice President of Marketing, CSD. Tim received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. |
