| James P. Cavanagh is an global networking consultant, lecturer, author, recipient of the International Communications Association Award of Merit for his contributions to telecommunications globally. Mr. Cavanagh has over 15 years of engineering, network design and implementation and sales support experience in both voice, data, video and imaging networks. Most of his present consulting is focused on the marketing, delivery and application of Internet/Intranet/IP Networks, Frame Relay, ATM and residential broadband technologies but also touches heavily upon SONET/SDH, SS7/AIN, CTI and other traditional voice technology areas. Mr. Cavanagh is the editor of several books on security and networking topics and is the author of several dozen journal and trade press articles as well as Frame Relay Applications: Business and Technology Case Studies. He is presently writing a second Business and Technology Case Studies Book, this one on ATM applications and is also co-writing a book on Internet Multimedia Applications. | |
