Charlie Rabie VP, Aspect Communications

Charlie Rabie is currently the vice president in charge of Aspect Communications' Voice over IP contact center and its customer self-service line of business, and has more than 25 years of experience delivering technology and service to customers. Rabie founded Megalith, which pioneered the field of text retrieval using CD-ROM technology, and was acquired by Dataware Technologies. At Dataware, he held senior management positions including President of Canadian Operations and Senior Vice President of Technology, and oversaw several software product lines. Rabie has held a research and lecture position at McGill University in Montreal, and holds master's and bachelor's degrees in computer science from Concordia University.
